A true native Floridian, I was born in Hialeah, Florida in 1971.  My first job at 17 years old was at a marina washing boats and running the tractor shuffling the inventory for the sales dept.  I have always loved the water and being a Pisces, having the last name "Flounders", I figure I was destined to be in this industry!  My wife and I of 17 years have two wonderful sons ages 13 & 16 who also share in my love for the water. 2010 marks my 15th year in the boating Industry with 9 of those years in Sales Management.  I believe in putting my best deal on the table the FIRST time with no games.  This philosophy has served me very well over the years and I have no intentions of changing!   I am very happy to have become a part of the Homosassa Marine Family and share in their stellar reputation not often seen in this industry!  Stop by and experience for yourself what it means to be treated like family here at Homosassa Marine!
